De bijeenkomst was de eerste werd geleid door ds. George opa. Hij heeft deze visie van de stichting en de verdeling van taken wordt gepresenteerd op de volgende wijze:

1) de coördinator van de Afrikaanse regio: Pastor Malonga;
2) secretaris (bij afwezigheid);
3) Laad-controle: Pastor George opa;
4) Burden of cash: Claudine;
5) Project Manager: goud;
6) verantwoordelijk voor de training: Pastor Masengi
7) Verantwoordelijk voor de bouw: Schatkist.

2. De staat moet onmiddellijke
Ten eerste, de stichting elementen die nodig zijn voor de installatie hieronder:
Een kamer te huur voor kantoren met $ 800 voor de garantie op $ 80 per maand;
Computer;
Een digitale camera;
Een fotokopieerapparaat;
Printer;
De exploitatiekosten van $ 200 per maand voor het vergaren van de twee vaste en huur.

3. De onmiddellijke projecten:
De bouw van het weeshuis centrum;
Het trainingscentrum snijden en naaien;
De computer centrum;
Aankoop van grond voor de landbouw (vee, vis, ...)

In die voldoen aan de voorzitter van de stichting heeft een telefonisch gesprek met de leden daar was de presentatie en aansporing.
De vergadering begon met een 17u 10 en eindigde om 19:00 uur met een gebed van president.

The meeting was the first was led by the Rev. George grandpa. He has this vision of the foundation and the distribution of tasks is presented in the following manner:

1) the coordinator of the Africa region: Pastor Malonga;
2) Secretary (absent);
3) Charge control: Pastor George grandpa;
4) Burden of cash: Claudine;
5) Project Manager: gold;
6) Responsible for training: Pastor Maseng;
7) Responsible for construction: Treasury.

2. The state needs immediate
First, the foundation elements needed for installation below:
A room for rent for offices with $ 800 for the guarantee on $ 80 per month;
Computer;
A digital camera;
A photocopier;
Printer;
The operating costs of $ 200 per month for the collation of two permanent and rent.

3. The immediate projects:
The construction of the orphanage center;
The training center cutting and sewing;
The computer center;
Purchase of land for agriculture (livestock, fish, ...)

Un seul point était à l’ordre du jour , la prise de contact
La réunion étant la première était dirigée par la pasteur Georges papy. Il a présent la vision de la fondation et la répartition de tâches qui se présente de la manière suivante :

1) le coordinateur de la région Afrique : pasteur Malonga ;
2) Secrétaire ( absent) ;
3) Chargé de contrôle : pasteur Georges papy ;
4) Charge de la trésorerie : ma Claudine ;
5) Chargée de projets : l’or ;
6) Chargé de formations : pasteur Masengi ;
7) Chargé de construction : Trésor.

2. L’état des besoins immédiats
En premier lieu, la fondation a besoin des éléments ci après pour son installation :
Un local en location pour les bureaux avec 800 $ pour la garantie à raison 80 $ par mois;
Un ordinateur ;
Un appareil de photo numérique ;
Une photocopieuse ;
Une imprimante ;
Le frais de fonctionnement 200 $ par mois pour la collation de deux permanents et le loyer.

3. Les projets d’immédiats :
La construction du centre d’orphelinat ;
Le centre de formation de coupe et couture ;
Le centre d’informatique ;
Achat de la terre pour l’agriculture( élevage, pisciculture,…)

Dans réunion, le président de la fondation a eu un entretien téléphonique avec les membres où il y a eu la présentation et l’exhortation.
La réunion a commencé a 17h 10 et a pris fin à 19h00 par la prière du président.
